Welcome to the first lesson of the nine-week program, Naga’s Curse!
Theme: Awareness of Self and Others
The first class introduces the children to the main character Naga the Dragon. Naga watches over his village and friends in a place called Dragon Dell and one fateful evening, a terrible curse is placed on him, and he becomes locked away in a cave. He has completely lost his memory, and he has no idea who he is anymore!
The only way that Naga’s curse can be broken, is with the help of some of his friends from Dragon Dell. But they don’t hold enough power so call on children across the world to help. Over the next seven classes, we break the curse and celebrate in the final lesson….or do we?
In this first class, children will also be introduced to the Chakradance™ Kids class structure and all the magical elements and wellbeing exercises that are in each class.

Aloka is a young wild girl who lives in caves with her tribe, the Redfoots. A wolf befriends her, and she learns a very important lesson in how to recognize what her instincts (body whispers) feel like and paying attention to her surroundings. This workbook really isn’t “work.” You will be wielding a glue gun, crafting scissors and activating your imagination as you are guided to create you magical class center piece and other magic tools that you will be using in your classes.

Namiko is known to have big and wild emotions. Theme: Jealousy and Compassion
Meraki is a ‘winged one’ and spends her days flying through the forest to help sick and injured animals. But the forest troll is very jealous of her, and hurts Meraki. She must learn to open her heart and find compassion for the troll and in the process, learns to find this for herself too.

Theme: Being Yourself and Expressing Your Truth
Kyoshi and his family live amongst the clouds, and they use their voices to help create golden sound waves that heal the earth. However, Kyoshi doesn’t like to use his voice and would much rather paint, to express himself. This is a story about a young boy learning to find his true authentic ‘voice’ and how his gifts as a painter help save his family from a cranky Wizard.

Theme: Problem Solving and Seeing the Bigger Picture
Paiku is feeling overwhelmed with a school project. He is supposed to be carving a totem pole showing his story and who he is, but he has no idea what he is meant to carve. What age group is this for?
The Primary program is for kids between the ages of 5-9. Our Kindy training has been developed for kids between the ages of 3-6. We understand there is some over lap in school years across the globe, hence our varying age groups.
How are the Chakradance Kids training materials delivered?
The training is all home-based learning, with guided support throughout. Your training videos, mp3’s, playbooks, and bonus Chakradance Daily Practice will be accessed via a members portal. Support will take place in a private Facebook group, and all Zoom sessions will be recorded and shared in the group.
How many hours each week will I need to devote to training?
This is a part time course designed to be integrated into your life. We recommend allowing approximately 5 hours each week for dedicated experiential learning. You may find yourself within the realms of training more though, as it’s just so magical and fun!
Can I take the training at my own pace?
This training has not been developed to study at your own pace. Each training is held within a 12-week time frame, focusing on one module per week, with dedicated support throughout. To gain the most value from the training, we recommend you commit to engaging in the training in alignment with the schedule. However, if unforeseen circumstances hold you back, you can complete the training in your own time. We do however request that you complete the training requirements and apply for your license within 6 months of starting the training.
Can I join the next training if I don't complete it?
A. You can join another training within 12 months of enrolment, but you will be required to pay a ‘re-join’ fee of US$500.
Is there a money-back guarantee?
A. There is no risk in enrolling. If you decide that the Chakradance Kids Facilitator Training isn’t for you, no problem! You can contact us 14 days from the start date and we will give you your money back. We don’t offer refunds after 14 days.
How do I become licensed after I complete the training, what do I get, and what are the costs?
Once you have successfully completed the training, you will be eligible to purchase your Chakradance Kids License which is US $350 annually. This license gives you the legal rights to use the Chakradance trademark, proprietary music, and course materials for Chakradance Kids live programs. Your license also grants you access to the Kindy Facilitator Toolkit*, as well as ongoing support from the Chakradance Kids team.
*The Primary Facilitator Toolkit includes logos, branding materials, promotional materials, sales documents, copy swipe files, imagery, videos, ‘featured in’ media logos, and testimonials. You will also receive a full set of course materials for the ‘Naga’s Curse’ program as well as festival and workshop pieces. Additional courses will be available for you to purchase as they are completed.
Are there any other costs I need to know about?
- Annual Facilitator License – $350 as mentioned in previous question.
- Toolkit – consider costs of art materials (crayons, paper, center-piece items).
- Music Speaker – you will need a decent, preferably portable speaker in order for our music to be experienced effectively. There are many great, affordable options on the market.
- IICT Association Membership – offers great discounts on Professional Indemnity Insurance. Our Facilitators are offered exclusive discounts Visit IICT
- First Aid Training – not a requirement but we highly recommend you have basic first aid skills to ensure you can provide emergency assistance in your classes if necessary.

What kind of support do I get as a licensed Chakradance Kids Facilitator?
As a licensed Facilitator, you will be welcomed in to our supportive, global tribe held in a private Facebook group.
